Staff will get back to you after you post your profile, and if there is anything that we need to clarify or work out we'll help you so we can get your character playable.
As a note, there is some information that you will not fill out. Staff will post these few things as a reply to your profile and edit the post when changes need to be made. This final section will contain your Power Modifier (what you add, if anything, to Combat Rolls in battles), your Storytelling Abilities (powers that can do a variety of things, but do not affect combat), your Combat Abilities (ways you can affect battles with your powers), as well as your current total of Karma Cookies (for buying new things for your character). Staff will work with you to iron out specifics of your abilities, but you can make requests. A character can have two Combat Abilities and two Storytelling Abilities at creation, though do note that increasing your Power Modifier to +1 counts as one of your Combat Abilities should you choose to go this route.

Player Name: Doesn’t have to be your real name, but tell us how we should refer to you as the player
Character Name: You can check the character sections of each forum to make sure someone isn’t using the name you want, or something similar. Also make sure that even if you use a character concept based on a specific character from your favorite fandom, don’t also use their name. So no Naruto Uzumakis or Draco Malfoys please!
Home World: Krilia or Lirika
Currently Resides: Where the character is currently living
Age: You can give a general ballpark if you can’t decide on specifics
Gender: Male? Female? Nonbinary? None of the above?
Race: Remember that players can be Humans, Fae, Vampyres, Lycans, Shifters, or Selkies. Check the Race page for more information about each, and make sure to check any differences specific to the world they live in!
Appearance info: Describe those beautiful blue eyes and luscious blonde hair. Or list the number of warts on their nose if that’s your thing. In all seriousness, the more description you can give, the better we can visualize your character. Height, hair, eye color, what they might typically dress like, and just like how they present and carry themselves in general.
Personality info: Time to tell us how mentally messed up your character is! ^_^ Quirks, nuances, pet peeves, fears, social skills, and anything else you can think of that speaks to your character’s mental state or how they interact with others.
Relationship info: A section for talking about family, friendships, and intimate relations as well. Past and current relationships, marriages, kids, sexual orientation, and anything else related to who they might feel like slipping into bed with. Just remember we have a fade to black policy if things get steamy, and if your character isn’t interested in relationships that’s aces too! (I’m sorry I had to.)
Profession: How your character makes a living or what they do in their society. Think of their day-to-day role (mercenary, security team, blacksmith, mage, and so on). If you need a few sentences to explain this one, feel free to do so. There is a post of factions, or different groups within each world, on their respective boards if you are having trouble coming up with a place to fit in.
Fighting Style: How your character engages in combat, whether with martial skill and weapons, magic, technology, racial abilities, or something else you come up with. If they have a Core, describe the theme and general powers you want them to have. There is a thread in the World section of the Krilia board that you can reference for the current list of Core powers, since no two Cores are identical.
Lore Talents: Your character can have two of these starting out. Consult the Lore Talents page and look at the character's profession and background to help you decide what talents the character might specialize in.
Patron: A deity that your character has a special connection with, whether they know it or not. Remember even irreligious denizens of these worlds are said to be favored by a deity in Lirika, or born under a certain star in Krilia. You can read details on deities on the forums. Remember this doesn’t mean your character has to be religious. They can even follow another deity besides the one that is said to be their 'patron.' The patron you choose for your character may come up at certain points throughout the story of the game.
Unique Racial Features: This is a place for you to list any unique things that come with the race of the character, such as the totem of a Shifter, or the metal a fae is weak to. This would also be a good area for Krilians with Cores to describe the color and placement of their Core.
Arsenal: Describe the weapons, items, tech, potions, etc. that your character is likely to be carrying about on their person. Think about situations you are likely to encounter, and if you are not certain if your character can have a particular item, ask us! Try to be reasonable about how much they are carrying, don't make us tell you to leave the kitchen sink at home!
Backstory: As much or as little as you wish! Try to think about the character’s family, past experiences, how they came by their current craft or job, and any trauma, psychotic breakdowns, or other fun bits. Remember that the amnesiac hero who knows nothing about their past might seem cool at first, but is waaaay overdone. Plus, you never know, what you include in your character’s backstory might show up in the story of the overall game! *innocent face*
