Name: Qizmat (Keez - Maht)
Gender: Male
Appearance: The most peculiar of the Harbingers, thought to never reveal his face or in fact expose any flesh in public. Although it is generally noted that he does have flesh, he is not a skeleton or zombie as is the common misconception, despite being the death deity. He wears a long black cloak with the hood always pulled up. The cloak is embroidered with many emeralds forming patterns of runes about him. Unlike the other three Harbingers he does not hold a weapon, yet his fingers beckon to the souls of the living and dead.
Symbol: A green blade piercing the heavens and the ground.
Domain: Harbinger of Death as well as all mysteries, known as Lord of Enigmas
Personality: Death comes quietly in the night. And so too does the Harbinger of Death, Qizmat. Almost never speaking, he seldom seems to show emotion whatsoever, save for the passion with which he defends they mysteries which humanity should not seek to unravel. Calm and always serious about his work, Death takes little else into consideration.
Trials: To partake death’s trial is to unravel the mysteries of death itself, and then have experienced it. Only one who has met death face to face and returned to tell the tale can be said to have passed his trial. Of course, no one has ever claimed this, so it is uncertain if this can be done. However, it could just be that a servant of the Lord of Enigmas is bound to his same secrets, so if there are devotees to Qizmat out there, would we even know?
Offerings: The only thing to safely give him is a puzzle. A GOOD puzzle. However, if you are willing to risk everything, Qizmat may be summoned in order to give a riddle. He may give advice or aid if his question is answered correctly, but if wrong, be prepared to offer your life.
Animals: crow, cat, horse
Patron Information: Those who have Qizmat as a patron are crafty and sharp, but can tend to be procrastinators or otherwise a bit lazy
Other Information: Curiously enough, despite their apparent roles, the four harbingers did not approve of or cause the recent catastrophes on Krilios and are said to have actually worked against them. In some cultures it has become taboo to speak his true name aloud, for fear of summoning death upon those who hear it. Only those who follow him or are attempting to summon him commonly use it. Qizmat himself finds this notion ridiculous, of course, but he lets the mortals keep their silly little superstitions.

Name: Sakalvei (Sah - Kal - Vay)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Typically appears as a beautiful very tall man with dark hair in long braids, elegant white robes, gold ornaments, and playing a simple clear crystal flute
Symbol: The crystal flute, certain songs
Domain: Beauty and Music
Personality: Benevolent and gracious, yet as moody and quick to change as the weather. Bestowed blessings on the pure and judged those who violated works of art or flaunted ugliness or impurity.
Trials: His is said to involve sound that drives the unworthy and impure of heart to madness, a musical test
Offerings: beautiful songs composed to him, as well as other works of art: poetry, dance, sculptures, any form of art in his honor
Animals: The white crane, a species once believed to have gone extinct
Patron Information: Those who fall under Sakalvei are supposed to be blessed with fair face and heart, though they may be a bit naive

Name: Solelos (Sew - Lay - Lohs)
Gender: Male? Female? All of the above?
Appearance: Solelos is one of the most ambiguous deities in all of Krillia. He/she always appears as a gigantic figure wearing twin masks on either side of the head, while their actual face appears to be covered. Or perhaps the masks are the actual faces of this deity? It is hard to say. One mask wears a joyful expression while the other’s expression is sorrow. Or perhaps these masks represent the often combined expressions of comedy and tragedy? It is hard to tell with this deity. The rest of Solelos’ body is ambiguous at best, with no discernible features. They are covered in the same black material from head to toe that covers where the deity’s face should be, save for a large mirror centered on the deitiy’s chest. So it is said you are always looking at yourself when you look at Solelos
Symbol: The crossroads, mirrors
Domain: Deity? Deities? of the crossroads and duality.
Personality: Ambiguous and mysterious by nature, Solelos is one of the more peculiar deities in the attitude they may take as well. You could say that their attitude could be as widely varied as the differences depicted in the two masks they wear. Solelos may bestow a blessing upon one who seeks his/her aid, or may demand an arduous payment for their labor. Solelos may sometimes appear even without being called for at a crossroads in order to advise a traveler, give them a gift, or if they are misfortunate enough to catch him/her in a foul mood, play a trick on them. Most of the time however, Solelos is said to dwell within a mirror world within the infinite reflection found between two parallel mirrors.
Trials: It is said that only twins may undergo the trial of Solelos, with only one of them remaining of this world and becoming the deity’s true initiate. Whatever this might mean has been lost to the ages, but it has certainly not been attempted of late to our knowledge.
Offerings: Solelos is said to accept food left at the crossroads, but only if the dish is perfectly symmetrical, and it must be left at exactly noon or midnight.
Animals: A butterfly, a symmetrical creature who lives life as two separate beings.
Patron Information: A strange quality of those chosen by Solelos is they are those who feel something is missing or were born in the wrong world or in the wrong body. A transgender individual or a Shifter or Selkie born in Krilia may be examples, or even the cliche of the long lost twin.
Other Information: Solelos’ affinity for symmetry may be a bit odd considering the deity is not symmetrical in appearance due to the differing masks.

Name: Tiamante (Tee-ah-mahn-tay)
Gender: female
Appearance: At first glance she appears to be a wizened old woman with silver white hair. She holds a mortar and pestle and is swathed in a cloak of swirling snows. Symbol: A faint white snowflake sewn delicately onto a white healer’s headscarf or facemask, certain dried medicinal herbs
Domain: Lady of the Winter, goddess of medicine and the apothecary

Name: Uinseann (Oon-shawn)
Gender: Male
Appearance: The bronze-skinned harbinger who represents war. Rubies as red as blood glitter upon the shackles around his wrists and he wields his large broadsword gracefully with only one hand. It is said that the shackles represent the burden of war and that they are so heavy that no mortal would be able to lift them. A pattern of living vines now wraps itself around his bare chest and the tattoo of a living tree covers his entire back, symbolizing his new domain.
Symbol: A red blade with a pool of blood around it
Domain: Harbinger of War and gained the title God of Arbor and all plants after sublimating or consuming the previous holder of that title
Personality: He is apparently a gambling man and will sometimes he will take a personal interest in one side over another in a war he has incited, perhaps going so far as to possess the leader of that army himself to lead them to victory. More often than not however, he prefers to incite the flames of war and sit back and feast upon the results, not caring which side comes out the better, if either. Despite this, he holds himself and others to a higher standard of honor, although that sense of honor may be construed as somewhat warped.
Trials: Only the truly strong of body and resolve can survive Uinseann’s trial. In the past it involved slaying hordes of your enemies and bathing in their blood, now however he has gone the more friendly route of slaying hordes of your enemies and letting their blood run into the ground to nourish the roots of the plants.
Offerings: only trophies won in battle will do, whether they be weapons or the severed head of an enemy
Animals: dogs, horse, more recently tall trees such as oak
Patron Information: Those with Uinseann as a patron are supposed to be natural-born fighters and hate oppression, fighting against it where possible
Other Information: Curiously enough, despite their apparent roles, the four harbingers did not approve of or cause the recent Catastrophes on Krilia and are said to have actually worked against them.

From what can be seen he is a beautiful teenage male figure with brilliant green eyes. Wears a cloak of shadows wrapped about most of his body. Flowers grow where he has stepped.
Symbol: A green leaf woven secretly into a black hood or cloak, certain flowering plants
Domain: Lord of Spring, patron deity of thieves
Personality: Sly and cunning, Vienica appreciates intellect in those that share his company. More quiet and careful, he is slow to trust one who would seek to follow. He sees merit through actions rather than words.
Trials: Said to devise a devious and deadly puzzle for those seeking to take his trial. Tests those who would follow him on their cunning and lightness of foot and hand.
Offerings: Only accepts offerings that are not given freely, in other words that are stolen.

Other Information: One of the four season sibling deities. From the cloak of shadows he wears it is assumed he has some connection to Ixmael, the God of victory and shadows.

Name: Wulf (Woolf)
Gender: Male
Appearance: Surprisingly most often appears as a young silver haired boy. Despite the apparent age, he doubtlessly has a feral look to his eye and often appears with some part of his body transformed into a beast.
Symbol:A bow with an explosive arrow. A wolf and stag chasing each other in a circle representing predator and prey and the cycle of life
Domain: Lord of the wilds and the hunt, and the embodiment of destruction
Personality: Wulf has a feral personality. He thinks about life and the way it works simply like the animals do. He is quick to get up to mischief and can have a bit of a nasty temper. He likes to appear in areas with lots of natures and dislikes appearing in crowded cities. Animals always seem to find him and are around him. He likes to cause disruption in people’s lives and as is suggested by his domain likes to destroy things.
Trials: A follower of his must spend a month out in the wilderness and survive obstacles put in their path such as aggressive animals and needing to find food and water. Whether you pass depends on how resourceful and determined you can. When you go on this trial you cannot bring anything with you other than the clothes on your back.

Name: Xantii (Zahn-Tee)
Gender: male
Appearance: appears as a dark skinned well dressed man with tattoos covering his face.
Symbol: a dice carved with the runes of fate
Domain: Luck and Suffering
Personality: Typically appears to those who may be willing to take a large risk, whether in gambling or some other matter, encouraging them to take the plunge whether for good or ill. Not particularly good or evil, but can be seen as quite chaotic.
Trials: His trials are life or death. If you are not willing to risk it all to serve him, you had better find another deity.
Offerings: gamblers who have done well sometimes buy a drink for, or otherwise give something from their winnings to this god, so that they do not incur his suffering. On the other hand, those who have lost all will beseech him to change their luck by whatever means necessary. Be afraid if he agrees to help, it is never for free.
Animals: mongoose, armadillo

Name: Yaromir (Yah-row-meer)
Gender: male
Appearance: golden skinned with a white toga and headwrap, he typically appears stepping out of a solid wall. This is said to be because of the special tools he carries, a heralds trumpet said to open a hole through anything and break down any wall, and a shining keyring said to open any lock and any door, even ones that don't exist.
Symbol: the keyring and herald's horn
Domain: Messenger God and bringer of Peace
Personality: completely dedicated to peace, he has found his place among the gods as the one who assumes responsibility for mediating matters between them and keeping communication clear. Needless to say he is extremely busy in recent times.
Trials: Does not often take followers, but like him they are typically zealots for peace

Animals: dove
Patron Information: Those with Yaromir as a patron have keen social skills and a talent for speaking, perhaps a charisma that draws others to them
Other Information: Yaromir may once have been a king of a great nation, living on this world as a mortal. It is said that after a great tragedy took his love from him shortly after they were married, he dedicated himself to uniting the world in peace, even going so far as to face his own father in battle for the sake of peace. It is unclear how or when he became a god after this point only that he did

Name: Ziefried (Zee-freed)
Gender: Fabulous
Appearance: Always has to appear with a glorious and beautiful entrance. His humanesque form appears somewhere between elvish and demonic. His skin is a sleet gray and his hair and clothes are as white as snow. He wears long white elegant gloves and his skin tight outfits usually expose his midriff and shoulders, as well as showing a little leg through slits. Curiously despite this apparent lack of concern for the cold he inevitably comes with, he sometimes first appears in a long thick blood red cloak, which he invariably ends up stripping off at some point, which would probably mean that it is just for fashion instead of function. Has a strange habit of licking his lips, though this may be to indicate anyone who he thinks is tasty.
Symbol: Two harsh diagonal zigzaging lines resembling a pair of fangs. Usually carved into ice as a message for the deity. Sometimes, actual fangs carved out of ice will be used.
Domain: the mysterious lord with powers over Ice and all terrors of the night
Personality: Gleefully delights in terrorizing and stalking anyone he has been sent after, or takes a liking to for his own strange purposes. Is quite cold as his domain would suggest but has a terrifying playful streak. However he never kills his victims, for he delights in their screams of terror. He delights in the chill of ice and snow, but does not abuse that power. For some strange reason he seems to be in conflict with another deity who does.
Trials: His tests are delightfully designed to torment the mind and twist the candidate for servitude to this god into the perfect toy and bringer of his deviancies to the world.
Offerings: Is thought to drink in the blood of an offering given to the newfallen snow, however his favorite is said to be a willing offering of blood given, either out of fear or respect by stabbing oneself with an icicle and letting the blood drip and mingle with the ice and snow.
Animals: May take the form of a great snow leopard on rare occasion.
Patron Information: Those who are born under his star or chosen by him at birth tend to be introverted and a bit shy
Other Information: Shares a connection to the goddess of winter and the deity of water.
